Privacy Policy

Antirion SGR S.p.A. (“Antirion”) considers the confidentiality, protection and security of information, particularly the personal data regarding its clients and parties that come into contact with Antirion, to be of the utmost importance.

Although Antirion processes the personal data of third parties as part of its business, it has always taken all of the necessary measures in order to ensure confidentiality and security of the data, in line with the latest technological developments in the information technology field.

In accordance with existing legislation on the protection of personal data, Antirion has adopted a privacy policy based on the following:

  • The Data Controller is Antirion SGR S.p.A.
  • As Data Supervisor, the Administrative Department of Antirion SGR S.p.A. has been assigned the task of answering interested parties in the event in which they exercise their rights in accordance with Art. 7 of the Privacy Code, acting as an interface for privacy issues. Interested parties may submit a request to Antirion SGR S.p.A. – Head of Administration (Via San Prospero, 4 – 20121 Milan – Italy) if they wish to exercise their rights to access their data and to obtain additional information on privacy.
  • The individuals who process the personal data have been appointed as Persons in charge of the processing. They have been given specific instructions and they participate in ongoing training and refresher courses.For specific technical or organisational requirements, the company uses third parties to whom it assigns part of the process. These parties may take on the role of “Persons in charge of the processing” or “Supervisors” of the company’s processing, or they may operate autonomously as distinctive “Persons in charge of processing” for subsequent processing with the same objectives pursued by Antirion.
