Dedicated to institutional investors and retail sector operators, Antirion Retail is a closed-end, reserved multi-compartment alternative real estate fund.

The investment strategy involves operations in Italy and the European Union in mainly commercial buildings (shopping centres, retail malls, superstores, retail parks, high street retail and department stores), already running and leased, with a vacancy rate of less than 5%.

These investments have a low risk profile and are able to generate stable financial flows over time, as they focus on buildings of high quality, mainly leased to primary tenants and in some cases with long-term contracts.

The objectives of the Antirion Retail fund are to optimise the profitability of the buildings and to enhance the real estate portfolio, also through redevelopment and maintenance activities.
